|“Office Pro- non-owner.” Here you can use 100% of MRS’s systemfor a nominal, monthly fee based on the number of office staff you have using the system. You will NEVER pay a fee to do work for a client, EVER! See our pricing area for complete pricing info. We offer full disclosure, everything is in writing and nothing is hidden. When you sign up as a Office Pro- non-owner, you are locked into that pricing model as long as you remain active on the MRS system.|
“Office Pro- owner” - by far, our most exciting option giving you the most for
your dollar. At the time you sign up for MRS, you will be given the choice to purchase stock in
MRS for a cost, in most cases, approximately what you would pay a competing recovery software
company over a 2 year period to just rent their system. Once 700 company’s signup for this
type of account, ALL MRS founders/investors will sell 100% of their interest in My Recovery
System Inc. to its current and future customers. You may ask, what are the benefits in owning
the system? For one thing, system owners will have control over the systems development.
Next is the cost. Office Pro- owners will only pay for the cost to operate MRS.
As an example, at turnover, if the operating expenses of MRS are $50,000 a month, Office Pro - owners will only pay on average $75.00 or less per month. We come to this figure by dividing the $50,000 by the 700 Office Pro Owners with an average of 5 user licenses.
Dividends Paid to Owners. Once the system reaches the 700 Office Pro Owners and is turned over to its customers, recovery companies can still sign up for the system owner program. They simply pay the stock purchase fee that the original 700 paid and they are now system owners and participate in the same monthly rate as determined by MRS company expense’s. Since the new system owners stock purchase fee was not calculated into the monthly fees paid by the prior Office Pro Owners, this money will be returned to all Office Pro Owners once a year as dividends.
Money Back Guarantee. We are so confident in MRS and your satisfaction that, any company that signs up for the Office Pro - owner option, and pays money toward the stock purchase prior to the turnover, will be refunded those monies 100% if they are not completely satisfied with the system.
The recovery software business, over the last 13 years, has drastically changed. In the beginning, the first web-based software system came online and recovery companies started paying monthly fees. Recovery companies no longer had to house and maintain their own software and hardware. At the trade-off of a monthly fee, a third party could manage all that for them.
In 2004 came the Global Clients and Limited Users. Recovery software companies needed a way for a client’s contracted vendors, who did not use the web-based systems, to get their work on the same platform. Hence, the Limited User was born along with additional transaction fees charged to the agents as a tariff to claim their work. The fees were small and choices were given to stay a Limited User and pay transaction fees or move on to become a Full User and pay monthly fees.
As more software companies entered the industry, fees changed and no longer were choices given. It now seemed that the majority of the users were being told to pay transaction fees for their work. These fees went up and companies that were once promised that they would never pay these fees were now being told they were no longer grandfathered in. The companies that helped build these networks were now the ones being left with no other choices but to keep this cycle going. MRS declares Enough Is Enough!
You now have a choice. With My Recovery System Inc, no one will ever pay transaction fees for their work. The system will never be sold to anyone other than its customers and you will own the system if that’s what you choose. Jeff got his start in the repossession business in the late 80’s as an employee at San Diego Auto Recovery. He later went on to create and operate his own recovery agency, HIR Services in South Dakota and Tucson Arizona from 1990 to 2001.
During this time Jeff realized a need for a web-based business solution to not only run his business but to also become a powerful business solution for his clients. Jeff hired a team of programmers from Tucson, Arizona to develop a web based repossession program to run his company.
In 2003, Jeff sold HIR Services to focus his attention on his new web based software. While he did not know it at the time, his vision and attention to detail created the first ever fully integrated web-based recovery software used by nationwide clients and recovery agencies. This program would later become known as Recovery Database Network (RDN), and would revolutionize the repossession industry.
Jeff was responsible for product development and the administration of RDN until the company was sold in 2010 to Openlane Inc. Jeff was also one of two Co-Founders of Digital Recognition Network (DRN), which he founded in 2008.
In 2012, Jeff left RDN to put his expertise in recovery related software and product development, after realizing that there was a strong need for a web-based, truly compliant, business solution designed to track vendor transparency and compliance and becoming one of the original founders of Vendor Transparency Solutions.
In response to the constant increasing cost, to agency owners, of available recovery related platforms has led Jeff’s vision of creating a cost effective, new age solution for agency owners and their clients, the development of My Recovery Solutions. Built on the latest technology and offering features never before available in the industry is just the beginning. A platform owned and operated by agency owners will be the biggest benefit, once again, revolutionizing the industry.
Missy got her start in the industry managing a repossession branch office in the late 90’s. She later went on to become a co-owner of HIR Services in Tucson Arizona from 1998 to 2003.
In 2003, Missy sold her interest in HIR Services to focus on co-founding and developing what would come to be known as Recovery Database Network (RDN). Missy was a major contributor in the development, testing and implementation phase of the original launch of RDN. She held the position of Chief Accounting Officer and Director of Product Support until the company was sold to Openlane Inc. in 2010.
Missy was also one of the original co-founders of Digital RecognitionNetwork (DRN), which was founded in 2008.
In 2013, Missy resigned from RDN and joined Vendor TransparencySolutions as the Director of Product Support. Her knowledge of the recovery industry and recovery related software will add greatly to the strength of MRS.
Missy shares in the companies vision to create a recovery software platform that will not only revolutionize the industry, through the latest technology, but also in the creation of a cost effective platform that will be owned and operated by it’s users.
Max Pineiro has been involved in the industry for the past 25 years as an agency owner, consultant and a compliance and ethics expert. He has served as President and CEO of Elite Collateral Recovery, Inc., located in New Jersey and Florida, and has provided recovery and investigative services for many nationwide lenders, banks and credit unions.
He is also licensed by the NJ State Police as a Licensed Private Detective and serves as President and Senior Partner of Elite Search Team, Inc., a New Jersey based detective agency. His management of investigative assignments has included fraud investigations, risk management/loss prevention, and background screening services for national and international financial institutions.
In 2012 Max resigned from Elite Collateral Recovery, Inc and co-founded Vendor Transparency Solutions (VTS), which has become the industry-leading compliance monitoring platform. VTS assists lending institutions in monitoring the compliance of their service providers and lends assistance to the service providers in achieving and maintaining the highest level of compliance.
Since the beginning of 2013 Max has co-hosted and presented a series of compliance related continuingeducation webinars for lending institutions and their service providers with the assistance of industry experts and attorneys.
Max will serve as the Director of Compliance for MRS and oversee the compliance and continuing education integrations with VTS that will offer agency owners and lenders one stop for all of their recovery, compliance and continued education needs.
